Good handling of the personnel in total. The breakfast is lukewarm and the Brit. Break almost the bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms.

It was close to the Castle and city center
The Hotel staff doesnt care anything. First they say the Hotel is full and we have to stay together. Later they found for us rooms. The Hotel stuff doesnt add my stay to my Accor card. The remote control was broken and they switched it like its perfectly natural. There are Policemen all the time in the bar of the hotel. I stay most of times in Ibis Hotels, but I will never recommend this Ibis to anyone else. Worst IBIS ever..

A cozy stay next to history
Loved waking up to the sound of laughter from the nearby tram. The location was just perfect-stepping right into the heart of the city's rich history. The breakfast fulfilled every craving with fresh pastries and a variety of local dishes.
